How to make your company's policies and documents easy to find

A Knowledge Pack is the body of knowledge ORCA Opti reads from: your folders, documents and written content. Once it is connected, people stop searching and start asking, and every answer cites exactly which document it came from.

How to do it

1. Pick the folders and documents that matter most. Start with the ones people ask about, the ones that are hard to find, or the "ask the person who knows where it is" ones.
2. Create a Knowledge Pack. Connect those sources by reference, so nothing is uploaded, copied or moved out of your tenancy. Fewer, more relevant sources beat a giant dump.
3. Let it index. ORCA reads the sources so it can retrieve from them, without duplicating your files.
4. Ask, don't search. Open Ask Opti and ask in plain language. The answer comes back with a citation to the source document.
5. Put it where it is used. Attach the Knowledge Pack to a Workspace or a Pearl so the right team always has the right knowledge on hand.
